The fronts of the 1992 set of Pacific cards are similar in design to the inaugural 1991 set. The player's name was printed vertically on the left beside a full-length photo on the right as it was on the '91 cards. However, the design on the backs of the card was vastly improved by changing the orientaion from a 60 degree angle to a horizontal display. Pacific also replaced the head photo on the back with another full-length game-action photo. The Browns team set includes the designated rookie cards of Tommy Vardell, Patrick Rowe, and George Williams. This was also the first year card companies issued a card of quarterback Todd Philcox and therefore this is one of his rookie cards. The 1992 Pacific Browns Team twenty-five card set is one of the largest team sets issued by any company in history.
